Responsabilit\u00e9s principales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>English<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HR platforms such as HUMI and Digibot.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assemble onboarding packages and support orientation and training documentation processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with daily office operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support payroll, benefits administration, timekeeping, and employee inquiries.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare HR correspondence, reports, training logs, and compliance documentation as required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain accurate WIC and compliance records in accordance with organizational policies and privacy legislation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with HR audits, employee file reviews, and documentation verification processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with applicable legislation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal departments to support HR and administrative Exigences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>English<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 One (1) to two (2) years of experience providing administrative support in a Human Resources environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of office software, HRIS platforms, and administrative systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.<br \/>\n\u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Bilingualism (French and English):
