Magic Triangle Magique is looking for a passionate, welcoming, and dedicated EarlyON Practitioner to join our team! As an EarlyON Practitioner, you will create engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning experiences for children from birth to six years of age and their families. You will help foster meaningful relationships, support healthy child development, and connect families with valuable community resources.
Plan and facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based programs for children and families.
• Create a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, caregivers, and community partners.
• Provide families with information and resources related to child development, parenting, and community services.
• Encourage parent and caregiver participation in children's early learning experiences.
• Support program planning, documentation, evaluation, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality EarlyON services.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE)
• Experience working with young children and families.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and How Does Learning Happen?
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check and First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them.
